Returns and order assistance

To request a return, cancel an order or report a problem, email contact@nodomilano.com. Please include your order number and the items concerned.

EU right of withdrawal

For purchases covered by EU consumer withdrawal rules, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

An unequivocal statement sent to contact@nodomilano.com is sufficient. Prior approval is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.

Please include your name and order number in the parcel so we can identify your return. Keep your proof of postage.

Condition of returned items

Please handle items only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, and package them securely for return.

Where permitted by law, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect an item may result in a deduction reflecting its diminished value. This does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse the payments required by applicable law, including the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery service are not reimbursed where the law permits their exclusion.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost to you.

We reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact contact@nodomilano.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess the issue.

We bear the necessary return costs for defective or incorrect goods where required by law. Your statutory remedies remain unaffected.
