Shipping destinations and rates

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout.

Our European shipping zone includes Italy, EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. The shipping charge applicable to your delivery address is displayed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Milan, Italy.

European orders are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated transit is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.

For destinations outside Europe, delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier service and customs clearance.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and do not affect your statutory rights.

International deliveries

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs charges and carrier clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or in the shipping fee paid to NODO MILANO and are the responsibility of the recipient. They may be collected by the carrier or local customs authorities before or upon delivery.

NODO MILANO does not control these charges and cannot determine their amount in advance.
